General
These conditions apply to every treatment, offer and transaction between Body&Face Therapy and a client to which Body&Face Therapy has declared these conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these conditions in writing.
Efforts Body&Face Therapy
Body&Face Therapy performs all treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship and on the basis of the state of the art known at that time. Body&Face Therapy will inform the client as much as is reasonably possible about the financial consequences of the change or addition to the treatment.
Dates
The client must notify Body&Face Therapy that he is unable to make an appointment as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client does not fulfill this obligation or does not comply in time, Body&Face Therapy may charge the client the entire amount for the agreed treatment.
If the client is more than fifteen minutes late or does not show up for the appointment at all, Body&Face Therapy may decide to move or cancel the appointment in its entirety. Body&Face Therapy may also charge the client the entire amount for the agreed treatment.
Payment
Body&Face Therapy lists all prices of treatments and products visible in the salon and on the website. The reported prices include VAT. Offers in advertisements and / or on flyers are valid during the indicated term and / or while stocks last. The client must pay for the treatment immediately after the treatment.
Personal data & privacy
Body&Face Therapy clients make appointments with Body&Face Therapy through Treatwell. Data entered into Treatwell is subject to the privacy rules established by Treatwell. Body&Face Therapy is not responsible for how they are stored by Treatwell. For data entered in our webshop, please refer to our privacy statement.
Liability
Body&Face Therapy is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical disorders, use of medicines, work or leisure activities. Body&Face Therapy is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the client has taken to the salon.
Damage & theft
Body&Face Therapy has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment, instruments or products. Body&Face Therapy always reports theft to the police.
Complaints
If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, he / she must report this in writing to the owner of Body&Face Therapy as soon as possible, but within two working days after the appointment has taken place. Body&Face Therapy will provide the client with an adequate answer within five working days. If a complaint is justified, Body&Face Therapy will perform the treatment again as agreed, unless this has demonstrably become pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing. If Body&Face Therapy and the client cannot reach an agreement, the client can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.
Proper behavior
Client should behave properly in the salon according to generally accepted standards. If the client continues to show inappropriate behavior after repeated warnings, Body&Face Therapy has the right to refuse this client access to the salon without stating reasons.
Straight
Dutch law applies to every agreement between Body&Face Therapy and the client. In the event of an explanation of the content and purport of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text thereof is always decisive. The most recently filed version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is always applicable.
